The redevelopment of the Cronulla Sharks site will include a range of new residential buildings and facilities, retail centre with a large multi storey car park, a medical centre, restaurants, cafes and a revitalised Sharks Leagues Club.
This development will be sensitive to the local surrounding mangrove foreshore with boardwalks, paths and cycle ways connecting with new public parklands.
Upgraded sporting fields will provide state of the art facilities for the junior rugby league teams.
Concept includes refubishment to Cronulla Leagues Club, new community facilities, 700 apartments, carparking & 12,000sqm retail centre.
